"Mostly gravel cycle trail route with some gravel road and short sections of quite sealed road towards the end. 95% + gravel surface, 90% + off road. Note: At a point 65km into the ride, there is an 11km section of trail missing in the Roxburgh Gorge, a jet boat ride is required to get past this section (definitely worth the expense to avoid the busy State Highway alternative).
